Your practice at a glance
On login, the doctor sees the whole day: how many appointments there are, how many are still pending and who is in the waiting room. It solves the mess of starting the day without knowing what is coming; it also shows the practice subscription status and shortcuts to patients, finances and referrals. It is built for doctors who work in one or several practices.
Appointments with payment
The schedule gathers appointments by date, practice and status. From each appointment the doctor sees the patient, reschedules or cancels, and records the consultation payment in the same place, with no separate notebook. It serves doctors and assistants who today keep the schedule and the payments apart.
Unified medical record
The clinical record brings consultations with their diagnosis, prescriptions, history and study orders into one timeline. From there the doctor starts a consultation or refers the patient to another professional. It avoids hunting for data in loose papers and keeps at hand what the doctor needs during the visit.
Finances, month by month
It shows income, expenses and net for the period in bolivianos, by month and by practice, and how much is still to be collected. It answers how much the practice really earns without building spreadsheets. It is for independent doctors and centers that want to keep their accounts in order.
Public specialist directory
A public directory where anyone searches for a doctor by specialty and city and sees today's free slots. Only professionals with a verified license appear. It helps patients find a doctor and book, and helps doctors reach more people.
Online booking
The patient opens the doctor profile, picks the day, sees the practice free slots and books with their account. It cuts down on calls and messages to schedule and leaves the appointment recorded in the doctor schedule. It is for patients who prefer to book whenever they want.
Referrals
Referrals between professionals are recorded with their urgency and status, from requested to accepted, and can also be sent to external services that do not use Medyx. It avoids losing a case in a stray message and shows where each referral stands. It serves doctors who work in a network with other specialists.
Patient portal
The patient has their own account, where they see upcoming appointments, search for professionals and book. They no longer depend on the phone to know when their appointment is. It is for patients who want to keep their appointments and care in one place.
Plans by module
A table shows which modules each plan includes and which one the practice has, so you only pay for what you use. Plan changes are applied by the Kyros team and are recorded. Plans and prices are a proposal that may still change.
